Charlotte Mason Teacher Fellowship

Honoring the CM Legacy

Our organization offers optional professional development and formation opportunities designed to support educators seeking a deeper understanding of Charlotte Mason’s philosophy and its thoughtful application in a variety of educational settings.

Participation in any training or professional learning we offer is entirely voluntary and is not required for accreditation. Schools and educators are  free to pursue formation through a wide range of Charlotte Mason–aligned organizations, mentors, conferences, and study programs, all of which are recognized as valid pathways of preparation.

To preserve integrity and avoid conflicts of interest:

  • Participation in our professional development offerings has no bearing on accreditation decisions

  • Accreditation standards are grounded in Charlotte Mason’s principles, not in proprietary programs or required courses

  • Reviewers and accreditation committees operate independently from training initiatives

  • Equivalent external Charlotte Mason training and experience are fully respected

Our purpose in offering professional development is to serve the broader Charlotte Mason educational community by providing accessible formation opportunities—not to create exclusivity, dependency, or preference. Accreditation exists to recognize fidelity to principles and sound practice, regardless of where or how that formation has taken place.
